360fabulous.com is an online boutique that guarantees customer satisfaction based on our excellent styles and designs and proven reliability. Our sales team ensures that your ordered products are at the highest quality and are functioning correctly before they are packaged out and sent out to you. However, if you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may opt to receive a refund. To do so please contact us via online help, email, or phone. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible!
14 Days Hassle-Free Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within of your order delivery date. Please make sure the items are in perfect condition and well packaged when it’s returned to us. All original tags must be attached. Anything that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in anyway cannot be returned.
How do I make an Exchange?
We are happy to exchange an item if you're unhappy with the product. Return your item in new condition as you received it, tags attached, unwashed, and odorless. If you'd like to guarantee the size/item (due to our items selling out quickly) you may purchase the new item/size and notify us that you've done so and send back your original item. When we receive the original item we'll refund you immediately. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
How do I make a Return?
- Step 1: Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you are returning the item for a refund.
- Step 2: Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition) and include a copy of your order confirmation page within the package. If you misplaced your invoice, simply go to My Account, click on your Order History, and select the correct order number and print.
- Step 3: Send it off. Affix your printed shipping label to your package and make sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it. Write down the tracking number to keep track of its' progress.
- Step 4: Drop off at your nearest USPS location.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be in new/unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days for transit time, plus an additional 7-10 business days for processing after arrival at our Fulfillment Center. You will receive an email once we process your refund.
