Why can’t I add an item to my shopping cart?
To add an item to your shopping cart:
1. Select the color
2. Select a size
3. Input quantity then click the “Add to Cart” Button.
If there is a notification that an item is not available when attempting to add the item, then that means the item is currently sold out and we are in the process of removing it from our site. We do restock our popular items often, so don’t hesitate to check for that item at a later time!
Do you accept orders placed outside of the United States of America?
We sure do! We ship worldwide! All international orders are subject to their own taxes, customs fees or any other charges. Please contact us for more information.
Can I cancel my order?
Generally once an order is made we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled. When the invoice is transmitted to our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel the order. Once you receive your item, you may still try it out (and end up loving it!) But if you would still like to return the item, we have a very easy return process. I didn’t receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. What should I do?
It is possible that our e-mail could have gone to your junk mail folder or we have an incorrect e-mail address. Please contact us via email.
What is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account under “My Account” Tab on the home page. Once the order is placed, we will email you an order confirmation. Once the order is shipped, we will email you a shipping notification with a tracking number. All standard orders will ship out within 3-5 business days excluding holidays.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund to the original form of payment, less the shipping cost. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date your package ships from us. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied. We cannot accept any worn, washed or altered items. Please refer to our Return/Exchange policy for more information.
Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order
360 Fabulous reserves the right to decline the return of your item(s).
Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service.
We are happy to exchange an item if you're unhappy with the product. Customer pays for all shipping fees. Return your item in new condition as you received it, tags attached, unwashed, and odorless. If you'd like to guarantee the size/item (due to our items selling out quickly) you may purchase the new item/size and notify us that you've done so and send back your original item. When we receive the original item we'll refund you immediately. Please allow up to 15 business days from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. What is the status of my return or exchange?
Refunds are processed within 15 business days after our receipt of package. The returned parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us, so remember ask for proof of postage in case it goes missing. Once your return / exchange is processed, you will be emailed with a confirmation.
What happens if I am not in when my order arrives?
If you have chosen Standard Ground Shipping and you are not in when your parcel arrives, it is up to the shipping carrier whether they feel it is safe to leave the package or require a signature.
How is shipping charge calculated?
For all US orders, ground shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your order.
How long will my package take to deliver?
For all domestic packages, Standard Ground shipping delivery times may vary between 5-10 business days depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Priority mail shipping delivery times may vary between 3-5 business days. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks.
I have received an incorrect item in my order, what can I do about this?
We want to sort out any issues with your order straightaway. If an item you receive is incorrect or damaged, please contact our customer service team via email, with the order number, the faulty item’s name, and a quick description of the damage. We will get back to you within 6 business hours.
Lost Packages & Returned Packages
Please make sure to submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost. Once your package leaves our premise we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send for you. Once we send the liability is between you and USPS. If your package is returned back to us due to incorrect destination, you are responsible for paying the RE-SHIP fees.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, some of our products are available for wholesale. Please contact our customer service team via email, with the item’s name, quantity, and your shipping address. We will get back to you within 6 business hours.
How often do you restock an item?
We like to offer the latest trends and have exciting new products arriving weekly. This means not all of the items will be restocked- although occasionally we do like to restock our popular items!
